The first step in the process is to determine you expectations and goals for your new site. We evaluate your needs as a business, establish a vision of what your company is seeking in terms of a viable online presence and pinpoint color preferences and functions that will set your company ahead of its competition. Only after we have a better understanding of your needs in a website do we move on to the development stage.
This process involves putting together a set of pages of our customer's website to ensure functionality. During this process, we will also upload any content provided by the customer or provide content creation if specified by the customer. The development stage is the longest step process because it requires testing each step in order to assure quality performance. Based on the suggested content we gather a set of images and graphics as necessary to portray a profession look and feel to the site.
During the final deployment stage, we prepare our customer's site for public viewing. Once all aspects have been looked over and the design has been tweaked and polished we will begin to move the completed website to the designated web server. After the website has been transferred and all the data has been moved, a series of diagnostics is run to ensure that all the functions are intact and that every application runs seamlessly without any lags or broken links. If problems arise within this phase, they are corrected until the site has met every standard. Only when we feel the site is working and functioning properly will we turn it over in its entirety to you our customer.
